Filter Elements

Our Filter Elements are engineered as replacement and spare components for pipeline strainers, ensuring continued protection of downstream equipment and uninterrupted system performance. Designed for use with Y Type strainers, T Type (Tee) strainers, and Basket strainers, these filter elements effectively capture solid contaminants such as scale, rust, weld slag, and debris generated during normal plant operation.

As filter elements are subject to wear, fouling, and mechanical damage over time, periodic replacement is essential to maintain filtration efficiency and pressure drop within acceptable limits. We supply filter elements both as part of complete strainer assemblies and as standalone spares, enabling customers to restore strainer performance without the need for full strainer replacement.

Design and Construction

Filter elements are designed to match the exact geometry and operating conditions of the associated strainer body, ensuring proper fit, sealing, and filtration performance. Depending on the strainer type and service conditions, filter elements may be constructed as perforated baskets, wire mesh screens, or a combination of both, with reinforcement rings or support rods to maintain structural integrity under differential pressure.
