We manufacture and supply custom-fabricated pipeline spools as per approved drawings and project specifications. Design and Construction
Pipeline spools are fabricated strictly in accordance with customer drawings, isometrics, and applicable codes and standards. Each spool assembly is carefully planned to ensure dimensional accuracy, proper alignment, and ease of installation at site.
Fabrication includes cutting, bevelling, fit-up, welding, and finishing operations carried out by qualified personnel. Welding procedures are followed as per approved WPS, with inspection and testing carried out as specified. Spools can be supplied with straight pipe sections, elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, strainers, and other inline components integrated as part of the assembly.
Where required, pipeline spools can also be supplied with special fabrication features, linings, coatings, or surface treatments to suit service conditions.
Materials of Construction

Material selection is carried out based on service conditions, operating pressure and temperature, corrosion requirements, and project specifications.
Size Range and Pressure Ratings
Pipeline spools can be manufactured in various nominal pipe sizes and configurations, ranging from small-bore piping to large-diameter lines, as per project requirements. Spools are suitable for pressure ratings in accordance with ASME Class 150 up to Class 2500, depending on material, design, and applicable standards.
Larger sizes, special thicknesses, and non-standard configurations can also be supplied on request.
